"The Family Is Everything". Nona's Gnocchi was founded in 2023 with a mission to honor my Mother's authentic Italian cuisine to our customers'. My Mother and Grandparents came from Mondotoriccio, Calabria, Italy in the early 50's. With them they brought a culture and passion for a southern Italian style of food that has been around for hundreds of years. What used to be considered "peasant food" in some parts of the world, has become fine dining here in America. I would like to bring one of these beloved dishes to our friends, family and soon to be friends at an affordable price. Using my Mother, Rosina's sauce recipes, you will get to try the flavors I have had for generations. All hand made with love.
